In person: the session itself will last around 15 to 20 minutes and is preceded by a short consultation to establish what can be beneficial for you at this time. Post session is dedicated to a short chat about what you experienced during the healing + feedback and guidance from me. The overall session will last about 1 hour.
Remote: The work will be done online through a crystal grid previously prepared and based on your personal requirement (this is why it's important to have a short chat by email or over the phone after your purchase) in conjunction with remote energy healing.
Like similar energy healing therapies, crystal healing works in energetic layers so you might not necessarily see tangible results straight away.
A few weeks might be needed to let the session reveal what the next step might be in your healing journey. It's important therefore to pay attention to any changes, experiences and even dreams.
